things to do
Become a sniper! - We went to the shooting range and fired some machine guns as well as a hand gun and safe to say, I was no crack shot! In fact i was suitably turd. But it was definitely a fun experience, especially if you’ve never fired a machine gun before. Easily one of the most unique and surreal experiences i’ve had though, was firing the huge sniper rifle in the picture, boy is it loud and kicks like a mule!
Go to a pool party! - We went to Drais pool party, click on the link to see Drais and also check out me and my bros in the bottom picture. Loads of fun in the sun in a pool, on a rooftop listening to a top DJ. Vegas baby!
Go to Fremont street - The Old Skool Vegas and I loved it, we saw a show there, then walked down the street where the roof was all lit up, live bands played and we hit the casinos with huge beers in hand. Party!
Take in a show - The Rat Pack is back! was the show we saw in old Vegas and it was superb! Like going back in time to an old lounge bar with Frank, Sammy and Dean singing their hits and having loads of banter! Dean was suitably drunk of course. (See picture at bottom)
Jump in a limo and take in the strip - Has to be done and it’s surprisingly not that much, probably as there’s limos everywhere! We were even in a yellow hummer limo at one point, BALLIN’! (see picture at bottom).
There’s an unlimited amount of things to do in Vegas, my TOP TIP…plan! It’s such a crazy place with so many things to do and see, do some proper research before heading to it. Get some amazing things booked in then leave some free time to do some brilliant things off the cuff. The hotels are all insanely different and it’s the only place i’ve ever gone where hotels are places to see!
food
Skyfall Lounge - Not the cheapest, but fantastic view of the strip and the iconic Luxor Hotel which is a huge pyramid with a light shooting out the top (picture at bottom) that you can see in space! (I asked my mate, who’s an astronaut, he told me).
The Wynn Buffet - The Wynn is a mad hotel with crazy night shows and decor, but what you should definitely check out is the insane breakfast/brunch…the dishes, the chefs, the diversity of food! WOOF!
Cheesecake Factory - I love cheesecake so if there’s a factory producing cheesecake i’m there!
Vegas is all about indulgence so no matter where you go you’ll be happy, just depends on your budget.
hotel
The Venetian Hotel - What an insane hotel! I mean look at the picture…that’s inside the hotel! Gondola’s with opera singers, shops, canals with little bridges, basically an indoor venice. The room was the size of an apartment and the pool was pretty stunning and huge (see below).
