fun!

Mr Fogg’s Tavern (see picture at top) - Fun pubs in a few different locations in the centre of London. Every Thursday night they have a cockney sing-a-long so go have a proper old fashioned London night out!

Bounce/Bat and Ball - Couple of great table tennis bars. Good food, beers and ping pong! Bounce in Shoreditch and Bat and Ball in Stratford, both great areas to go for a night out too!

Boxpark - A few different venues in London, with big sports screens, various food vendors from all around the world and top DJs. Good place if you want to grab some food, a few pints, listen to music or watch the game.

Flightclub - Great fun night out with a variety of darts games where everyone, no matter their darting skillz, can join in and have a great laugh (see picture). Good food and drinks too!

Four Quarters Arcade - Old school arcade games Pac-man, Street Fighter, Fifa, Golden Eye and more are available to play all around the bar. Head here, grab a pint and go back in time!

fancy!

The Shard - One of the tallest buildings in europe so only one thing to do…put a bar way high up in it! The cocktails are pricey but the view of london is amazing.

Sky Garden - Amazing views of London with a selection of bars and restaurants. Definitely a great place to go if you’ve never been to London and you want to see the city whilst having a cheeky beverage!

Southbank - I’ve put this in fancy as the main area near The National theatre does have a few pricey bars and it is a lovely area to have a drink, especially in the summer. However there is a lot of places that aren’t too pricey and there’s often pop up bars and places to eat. If it’s hot then head here, the place to be on a sunny day for a drink.

ye olde!

Sam Smith Pubs - Great old pubs all around London, with cheap beer, something hard to find in central London! One of my personal faves… is The Glasshouse Stores as you will find not only a darts board, but the old game that is Billiards!

The Mayflower - The oldest pub on the Thames and it’s a beautiful, small, old wooden pub with a lovely bit out the back that hangs over the Thames (see picture).

The Anchor - One of my favourite old pubs on the Thames. Not far from London Bridge with a massive outdoor area where you can sit with a cold pint on a summer’s day…aaaah now that’s the life!

Ye Olde Mitre - Very old and quaint little pub near Holborn. Down a wee lane with barrels outside for tables. Proper old london drinking experience.

The George - Lovely old pub in London Bridge with a good sized outdoor area and balconies.

The Spaniards Inn - Up in the beautiful Hampstead area with a fantastic beer garden you’ll find this ye olde pub. If you can, head here on a Sunday as they do a BBQ and great Sunday roast. Oh and Keats, Byron and Dickens enjoyed a wee tipple here.
