things to do

  1. Go to the Beach - Just head to the amazing long beach and chill or play volleyball. I can if you’re in Ca’n Pastilla, that’s probably what you’re looking for!

  2. Go to Puro Beach Club - Stunning beach club looking out over the sea, not the cheapest, but if you fancy splashing out it’s a great fun day with great beds and views. (see picture)

  3. Do a variety of Water Sports - So many things to hire and sports you can do so you’ll never get bored!

  4. Head into Palma - Either grab a taxi or jump on a bus, takes no time and there’s two that go to the centre of Palma. Great city and well worth a day or two there.

  5. Party in S’Arenal - Ca’n Pastilla is pretty chilled and a lot closes around midnight so if you want to go big and i mean BIG then head five minutes down to the other end of the beach to the party capital!

food and drink

  1. Palms - Great tapas and cocktails at cheap prices! Definitely go. (see picture)

  2. Contro Corrente - Fantastic italian, pizza was outstanding (see picture at bottom)

  3. Bona Ona - Surf bar where I had some lovely brekkie, lovely staff too. Really good for a healthy brunch.

  4. Flip Flop - Cheap cocktails whilst looking out over the beach, lovely! Great Mojitos and Caipirinhas!

AND…for late night drinks Manchester bar is open latest, if a uk pub ain’t your thing then…head to S’arenal!

hotel

HM ALMA BEACH was a brilliant wee hotel, very close to the airport with a rooftop pool. Beach is at the bottom of the road and Palma 10 minutes away on the bus! Staff were great, drinks round the rooftop pool weren’t expensive. Just a winner! RECOMMENDED by the baldy guide!
