things to do
Plaza de Espana - Stunning building in a massive semi circle with a lovely wee canal and bridges. Walk round taking in the architecture then listen to some spanish busking (flamenco!) and if you fancy it jump in a boat for some fun in the sun or a wee bit of romancing!
Setas de Sevilla - Or Mushrooms of Seville! A unique structure in central Seville that you can walk to the top of and see across the city (see my selfie 😊).
Do a Tapas tour - Possibly the most famous city in the world for tapas so eat, eat, eat! You can book a tapas tour online or just go from place to place yourself. Recommendation of my fave below.
Go to Barrio Santa Cruz - The old town of Seville, where you can check out the Palace and Cathedral and the many lovely bars and restaurants. (See picture at the bottom)
Grab a scooter! - Do all of the above at speed! There’s even scooter/cycle lanes to keep you safe whilst you see every part of the city!
ALSO…check out the fancy Mercado Lonja del Barranco and lovely bars on the river.
food
Seville is famous for Tapas and there’s great restaurants everywhere in the old town. One of my faves i found was Petra, so i’d highly recommend heading there first, it’s a classy establishment with top quality food! Good one for you old school romancers out there!
